4. Returns and Complaints

4.1. The customer does not have the right to return slimming drugs if he has already received the shipment from the carrier. If the customer is no longer interested in the package, the package will not be collected from the carrier and the package will be automatically returned to the sender.

4.2. In the case of a defective product, the customer has the right to complain about the goods in accordance with the valid provisions of our e-shop.
